We publish them. S-corp owners can see every package price, what's included, and how we set your tier on our S-Corp Pricing page. S-Corp Complete (books and taxes) starts at $600 a month, S-Corp Tax & Compliance (you keep the books) at $250 a month, and monthly bookkeeping on its own at $395 a month. If you'd rather pay per return, personal returns start at $470 and business returns at $895, including audit defense, on our per-return pricing page.
-
It depends on your plan. For S-Corp Complete and Monthly Bookkeeping, by how much activity your books have: transactions a month and bank and card accounts, plus people on payroll for S-Corp Complete. For S-Corp Tax & Compliance, by the number of people on your payroll, including you. We confirm your level before you enroll. Revenue isn't what sets it.
-
We re-check your tier once a year. If you've moved past a limit, we'll show you the numbers and move you to the next tier at your next renewal.

Yes. If you start keeping your own books and they pass our readiness checklist, you can move to Tax & Compliance. If you'd rather hand the books to us, you can move up to S-Corp Complete at any time.

You choose. With our U.S. preparation team (Premier), your returns are prepared by our internal U.S. team. With our international preparation team (Essential), they're prepared by our vetted international team under the direct supervision of our U.S. CPAs, and we need your separate §7216 consent before any return information leaves the United States. Either way, our U.S. CPAs review every return before it's filed, and Numbers Matter is responsible for your final return. If you don't sign the consent, we prepare your returns with our U.S. team at the U.S. team price.

An IP PIN is a six-digit number assigned by the IRS to prevent identity theft.
Why it’s important: It acts as a “second factor” of security. We cannot e-file your return without it if the IRS has issued you one.
How to get one: Visit the IRS IP PIN Portal to retrieve or request a PIN. Note that a new PIN is issued every January.
